Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate at Premium Landscape Supply, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a smooth operation of our retail store. If you have a passion for landscaping, enjoy helping customers, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that best fit their landscaping needs.
  • Provide expert advice on products, landscaping solutions, and best practices.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services we offer.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sale (POS) system.
  • Stock, organize, and display products in an appealing way to maintain an attractive store layout.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering products as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, handling concerns, and offering recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Help with deliveries, loading, and unloading of products as necessary.
  • Loading customers with skid steers, forklifts etc.

Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Interest or knowledge in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor design is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift heavy products and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be flexible to work weekends.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and calmly.
