Mowing Crew Leader – PREMIUM LAWNCARE & MAINTENANCE INC.

This is a leadership role responsible for running routes, maintaining quality, and setting the standard for your crew every single day.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a mowing crew on daily routes (weekly & bi-weekly properties).
Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards.
Manage route efficiency and production pace.
Train and guide crew members on proper techniques.
Communicate with management about delays, issues, and improvements.
Ensure equipment is used properly and maintained.
Keep jobsites clean, professional, and consistent.

Routes are completed efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Requirements:

Experience in lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing, etc.)
Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and accountability.
Reliable, early, and consistent.
Able to work in Texas heat and stay productive.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
